The Rugged-130 mini-notebook is targeted towards professionals
who require a portable computer in the most extreme
environments. It is ready to go wherever you are. The
unit's sealed casing is designed to prevent infiltration
from rain or dust.
Sun-Light Readable LCD and Touch Screen:
The Rugged-130 comes with a 12.1" TFT LCD display
that can display resolutions up to 1024x768. The optional
sunlight readable LCD provides for clear viewing in
direct sunlight. The available touchscreen display,
complete with stylus, creates an intuitive user interface.
Drop/Shock Vibration Protected:
The Rugged-130 is in full compliance with MIL-STD-810F
standards. The die-cast magnesium alloy case and shock
protected hard drive enable it withstand a 3' drop onto
concrete or 15G of shock without incident.
Freezing temperature operation:
The Rugged-130 is built to handle frigid conditions.
The mini-notebook can even be certified for working
in -4°F.
